Refund Policy

Free Trial

If Ataraxia GRC offers a free trial period, no credit card is required to start and you are not charged during the trial period. Trial availability and duration may vary.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the platform until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges.
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds are issued but you retain access for the remainder of the annual term.
• If you experience a material service failure covered by our SLA and the issue is not resolved within the committed timeframe, you may request a refund for the affected period.

Data After Cancellation

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription to restore access or export your data. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted per our Data Retention Policy.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@ataraxiagrc.com with your organization name and reason for the refund request. We respond within 5 business days.
